Mainly for Muscle Rehab.
I've tried to, one or two slimming products. I've come to the conclusion that slimming capsules are for muscle building. If you want to take an Oral remedy and wake up next day slim. Try some other way.
Still don't know
I am very conscious of my weight. I regularly eat a very low calorie diet [about 1000 / day] & do the equivalent of 5 workouts a week - so the usual advice of eat less and exercise more is no use to me. I am struggling with insulin resistance / insulin sensitivity, genetics, age and hormones. I weight myself every day. One thing that concerns me is if I cut back my calories even more, I hit a barrier where I am so tired I could fall asleep if I sit down and then my weight goes up. I guess this is my body metabolism shutting down or going into starvation mode. My BMI is 22.7 so I'm not fat. But I could gain a kilo on a day when I let my guard slip and it takes a week to lose it again. I do all this to keep my weight down. Having said all that, the first day I took these green tea extracts - 2 in the morning, my weight went down by .7 kilos. That was a completely pleasant surprise to me. Thereafter, they didn't seem to make much difference to my usual experience. Except...

These didn't make any difference to me, maybe they will if they were taken for longer. They may work well for other people too just not for me.
