Reflex Performance 800 g Blackcurrant Matrix Powder Customer Reviews - Average Rating :4.0 out of 5 Stars
superman juice
Have been using this for years. Really is excellent pre-workout drink with no pixie dust. Flavours of course are hardly 5 stars but this isn't kansas dorothy and they are very palatable. Effects are immediate, make sure you half dose first time cos can be a bit of a rush, I teach MMA and this helps me get and stay fired up for the whole 2 hour session, can jump out of bed feeling like death chug one of these and i'm raring to go.
pre-workout supplement
Bought as I wanted to increase my strength and endurance. It worked very well and improved my gym performances substantially. The main ingredient is CREAPURE, made in Germany and the cleanest, most bio-healthy amino acid there is for muscle size, strength and power. It worked a charm, but like all creatine-based supplements, remember to come off it for a few weeks (as stated in the usage info on back of tub) before returning as once reatine levels within the muscles are full, it will stop working. Return after the aforementioned break. Recommended.
Not Sure What To Make Of This
I have been taking this for about a month now and I am not sure what to make of it to be honest. It doesn't seem any more effective than pure creatine. It also doesn't taste too good (but if you are serious about training, that shouldn't be a turn-off).
