Brilliant
i was feeling very run down and thought id give this a go ! the results in less than a week were amazing,i only have one scoop per day first thing in the morning, my skin hair nails improved and i had much more energy, i also gave my 19 year old son one shake per day the same result for him his hair and skin look amazing - the taste takes some getting used to its horrible with just water (not tried with milk) , its takes some time to dissolve so i wizz mine up in a smoothy maker with either orange or pineapple juice ( juice from a lemon added is nice) some ice and leave to stand for a round half and hourthen its really pleasent( be warned it is thick in consistancy so better with more juice) I can highly recommend ! next time i will order 2 one for store and one to use as i cant imagine not having this every morning!
