tastes like it should... unlike.. read below
Ordinarily I would buy carbonated D&B from a supermarket for a pleasant tasting soft drink that was free of caffine. Over a period of time the various supermarkets changed the recipie of their own brand D&B drinks to include malted barley extract which according to my palette completely wrecked the traditional D&B flavour and gave it more a taste as if it was mixed with an Ale or Beer.. Ugh! For a while Tesco began stocking Ben Shaws Dandelion & Burdock 2Litre bottled drinks but in the past month they have dropped the product line and replaced it with a no added sugar sunsip dandelion and burdock drink that's even cheaper than their own brand no added sugar malted barley extract spoilt version... that one does not even include on its ingredients what its flavourings are! This difficulty in finding palettable D&B led me to research if anyone else had anything D&B flavoured and I found this on the sodastream website and found this supplier on amazon so decided to take a chance and test...
