If you don't like drinking too much liquid.
During my quest for a drink that would keep me awake and not leave me feeling rubbish I tried these shots out. They taste alright, I mixed mine with cola for a little extra kick, and seem to do the trick though it was a little hit or miss a few times.
I have to stress that I used this as a mental pick-me-up and not for sports or exercise which is the intended purpose I believe so I cannot comment on that. For studying, it's alright and is a much better alternative if you don't like fizzy energy drinks like Red Bull or Emerge and is quicker than making and drinking a coffee or tea.
