Long Distance Running Essential
I've used this gel for about 2 months now on runs varying between 8 miles and 20 miles. I use about one every 5 miles alongside water from my hydration pack. The gel definitely gives me a boost and also means I can take on more water without thinning my blood (which happens if you only consume water on its own). The gel tastes nice and is easy to swallow. After my run I experience no headaches (dehydration) later in the day. The packets are fine to open, I've opened them in heavy rain no problem. I definitely recommend this gel.

The seller was great and on time and for a good price but the gels themselves I wouldn't try again. Too thick and hard to swallow and you need a lot of water to wash it down
