if you do it right it really does work
I had been loosing weight steady and slow but I then hit a a slump and my weight loss stopped so i decided to give Slim fast a go to get the weight loss going again and have since lost a further stone. I have it for breakfast and lunch and then a normal meal at dinner. For snacks I have snack a jacks or fruit if i get hungry.
If you stick to it and keep snacking to a minimum then it will work.
I got hungry on it to start with but that didn't last long and I'd only get hungry after 3 or 4 hours after having the shake for a meal so it would take a while. This is ideal for those people like me who have problems with portion control. I eat healthy but eat too much. Slim fast sorts that out because you don't have to weigh anything or even look at portions, you just put in two scoops of the powder and 250ml skimmed milk and drink away and your sorted.
I do go to the gym but I know Slim fast helped push me in the right direction. My dad does Slim fast all year round.

After looking at other reviews about only receiving 1 tin instead of said 3, I was a little worried but decided to give it a go. 3 tins received very quickly in two days. And banana shake tasted great. It really does seem to work. I have the shake in morning instead of normal Bacon sarnie or cereal. And maybe have a banana a bit later if feel hungry. The rest of day I tend to have homemade soup and brown roll. Followed by normal healthy dinner later. Of course I been doing gym workouts with this which should help get in more shape quicker.

Having read a previous review about the poster only receiving one tin instead of 3, and a similar thing happening to friends of her's, all I can say is I ordered up the 3 tins on the Monday and received them on the Wednesday free postage, well packed and exactly what I wanted, so I've no idea what happened with her and her friends. I wonder if the postman left them by her door and someone helped themselves to a couple. I can't see a company, on behalf of Amazon, not sending out an order in full - they're not going to last long at that rate are they. I'm totally satisfied.
