SIS Rego Rapid Recovery - strawberry
This recovery formula is one of the better flavours I have come across. I recommended it to my sister who finds it a bit too sweet and thick, but in my opinion it is perfectly drinkable post-workout.
Best of the many I've tried
I've been running and cycling for years and have tied most of the 'Protein Shakes' on the market this SIS product has to be top of my list, I recently started on a new pack of the Chocolate version and it's as good as this one.
Valuable point to note when mixing add some water to the container first then the powder and finally top-up with the remaining liquid, you will get a better mix and using a wide mouth bottle to mix it in can help as well.

Bought this as I am always using this product and wanted a bulk purchase. This was ideal. Flavour suits me, not too sweet and mixes well. This tub comes with a scoop, which is a bonus as pouring the powder out of the smaller tubs into the water bottles caused the very fine powder to blow about and coat the kitchen surface with a fine residue, no matter how careful I was with it. This is now value for money and less wasteful.
