Mmmm!
Outrageously gorgeous hot chocolate. Just the ticket for Christmas - and excellent, speedy service from the company as well. Plan to have this with mini marshmallows and cream during our family Christmassy film fest on Christmas Eve :-)
delicious - and fairly easy to copy & make yr own!
OooooOOOoooo, how delicious this drinking chocolate is! Its taste remind you of Christmas; it smell delicious in the kitchen and the smell spreads around the house; its taste is superior to any other I've found. It is strong, aromatic and a real treat. Best thing is,by reading the ingredients list, it was easy to see that it was good chocolate powder (ie very dark) plus cinnamon, ginger, cardamon, allspice and cloves. (Plus vanilla). So when I ran out, and felt a slight mourning that my rather expensive tin was now gone, I started experimenting to make my own. It's different every time... (I've even put hedgerow meadowsweet blooms in hot water, steeped them then added a splash of that, to flavour the milk... lovely!) I've found that the ginger is the lovely spicey taste of it, so making cocoa with half a tea-spoon of ginger, gives that same little 'kick'... and the cinnamon and a TINY pinch of cloves makes the Christmassy smell. So as a gift, the real stuff is excellent;- but your own...
