sweet vanilla coffee
You'll need a cup or mug that is big enough to hold (approximately) 220 ml of this delicious milky coffee with a vanilla undertone.
It is a two pod drink. Starting with the white pod you get a hot, foamy, pre-sweetened milk (approximately 170 ml) to which you add the brown pod's sweet vanilla flavoured coffee (approximately 50 ml).
If you use glass latte cups you can get a lovely 3 layer effect; with a creamy coloured milky base that has picked up hints of both the coffee and the vanilla, the brown coffee layer lies on top of this but beneath a blanket of white foamy milk.
If you don't have latte glasses then there are a number available here on Amazon, but make sure that the ones you are looking at are heat proof or they could shatter when the hot liquid is dispensed into them. Dolce Gusto also have them available from their own website.
This is, for me, a special drink which I have when I've had one-of-those-days and require something warm...
