Energy & Tasteful ?
I took this along to Haslemere Rugby club at a friendly match to try it out.
The gel element was alien to some of the older members of the squad and put them off.
The taste was not to every bodies liking and put about a quarter of people off immediately after opening. I got to agree that the taste was not great as it tasted very sugary, but a quick swig of water cleansed my pallet. I would say half the team had a gel pouch but not all would come back for more. For the next match I gave away the rest of the pack, with some even wanting two or three at a time.
Did it work. I would think yes it did a good job of keeping my energy level high.
I will definitely buy another batch of 20 to keep the team going for 80 minutes. Hopefully there might be a bigger flavour range to select from soon.
