Green Jasmine tea
This arrived in good time.
Lovely frangrant green tea, and so refreshing either hot or cold. Green tea is excellent if you are trying to lose a few pounds. It is a very healthy drink and full of antioxidents.
A tip I was given by a Chinese lady. Let the water boil, and then leave for several minutes before making the tea, with very hot, but not boiling water. Leave for five minutes or more to gain full benefits.If the tea is made with boiling water, it releases tanin and will be bitter.

Excellent quality tea with plenty flowers for effect and flavour, well packaged for freshness. It's on my daily morning tea time list. I have it on good (chinese) authority that this tea should be drunk in the morning.

Perfect match to my favourite chinese tea I have at the restaurants. Look all over in the supermarkets and this the one. Packaged well and tastes delicious. Def be buying again
