I would have given no stars, but unfortunately this is not an option.
The product description is misleading as the details state "Double-walled stainless steel" whilst the actual item is a lightweight, plastic-lined flask of poor quality. Unsuitable as a personalised gift for a loved one/friend, as it is not a "high quality stainless steel thermo flask" as described.
Product totally disappointing and company unwilling to take any action whatsoever to supply the item as described in the product description and ordered in good faith.
