Very handy in the cupboard!
There's never a perfect alternative to a proper balanced meal but I do find when I'm ill or my appetite is low that something quick and easy is better than nothing. I find many of the meal replacements unpalatable but these are delicious. I have ME and often have patches where I'm home alone and just aren't up to preparing a meal or eating and these work well for me.
