I was delighted with my teapot, next day the lid slipped from my hands smashing to pieces,
I contacted the sellar asking for a new lid to be sent as I was willing to pay wasnt there fault
It fell, Very quickly they responded one was on its way free of charge;
lid arrived today thankyou so much thats what you call great customer service

Fabulous and stylish
i was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the box for this product. for the price, I really didn't expect the presentation box and the large caddy of green tea. the teapot looks fantastic; it's delicate and stylish and brews the tea perfectly. it gives me 3 cups of tea for 3/4 full pot. i'm really pleased with it and would recommend to anyone who wants that something different
