nice varied tastes etc
Just what I needed, so I could try the other products in the line. I found them just as palatable as the Pro perform 02
Tasty but expensive for what it is.
I used this for cycling and a bit of an energy boost during martial arts lessons.
Tastier than water for rehydration, the protein recovery drink I didn't really like as it had a bit of a metallic tang to it. Comes with a cycling water bottle which I now carry to work when the kids let me pry it from their hands.......
Good enough I suppose, wouldn't buy it again. Gatorade powders add pleasant flavour to water.
Did it work? Can't really say. Didn't notice a massive difference in my energy levels or stamina to be honest.
First time
I normally us SIS products, but found these better, they are more pleasant to the taste and seem less chalky. I found they gave about the same response as the SIS products......+ you get a free "Sky" bottle
