Born to be mild - 3-star and very average
Quite disappointed, especially as I bought 6 bags on promo. Non-descript, so there's not a lot to say. Very weak in strength (even for its 3-rating on the 5-scale) so you'll need plenty. It just gets half-marks for everything.

Overwiew: brewed using an Aeropress. Black, with sugar. Supposed to be ground for cafetieres or filters (I compensated for that in the Aeropress), so quite a coarse grind.

On the pack: in tiny type - supplied by Kraft Foods, who also do Carte d'Or. Hmmmm. Baristas incorrectly spelled/spelt on the pack as barista's. Palate incorrectly spelled/spelt as pallet, so this coffee is ideal for those people with sophisticated portable platforms on which goods can be stacked, stored, and moved. The devil is in the detail, eh?

Oh yeah - update - only 200g, so smaller than most rival brands. Lavazza is 250g!

Sorry for being so depressing, but I was expecting much more from a big brand. I guess they were trying to please everyone...

Nice, but you'll need a lot of it.
I actually like the taste of this, though as others have said, you'll need to use quite a bit more than the usual scoop in order to get the best flavour; I personally find I need 1-and-a-half to two scoops where I'd usually only use one.

Also as others have said, it's far cheaper in Tesco. Used to be
