Great taste and energy boost.
I can't really remember why I bought this. I have a vague recollection is was linked to getting rid of belly fat ha ha! Anyway, whatever the reason, I'm pleased I discovered it. The taste is smooth, not bitter like some teas without milk can be, and I can get three cups out of one spoon of leaves.
