Smooth, good tasting gel
Now whilst I cannot take a gel while actually running these go down easily, not clumpy or gunky at all. Some of them are VERY sweet but washed with a swill of water they are palatable. I recommend trying out all the flavours because I think its a personal preference thing .... I love orange, chocolate & espresso but I don't like the apple cinnamon one you may love them all.
From an energy perspective they deliver what I need.
Personally I don't have tummy problems with these gels either.
