Delicate and revitalising Tea
I have been drinking Hambledens Organic Elderflower Tea everyday for many years. It clears my sinuses and helps me get to sleep at night, without fail. Elderflower has a light and delicate flavour which blends well with a little honey. I believe it is also rich in rutin & quercetin, a powerful combination for boosting vitamin C levels and increasing anti-oxidant and joint anti-inflammatory activity. Rutin is a bioflavonoid like those found in grapefruit, lemon, lime and cranberries and is said to benefit the cardiovascular system amongst other things.
Herbal remedy
I bought this tea as a herbal remedy, however it didn't work at all. I percivered but the condition just got worse and I ended up with antibiotics (which I had wanted to avoid).
