On opening the bottle, it was apparent from the smell that the product was unusable - I think this was probably due to a defective seal on the bottle top. To be fair, I have ordered this product many times and this is the first time that I have encountered a problem. I should also point out that Amazon Customer Service was excellent and immediately offered a no quibble refund.
