I love this tea
I love this tea, it tastes great and I am convinced it helps me to sleep better. I also like Clipper teas as many are Fairtrade. The subscribe and save option works for me and I never run out of my favourite teas.
Sleep-eze!
One or two cups before bedtime, perfect uninterupted sleep. For me this has been brilliiant, as I was waking up two or three times a night previously.
Because the valrian (which tastes horrid on its own, but gets you to sleep) is mixed with pleasant citrus, the whole package is very tasty.

I've used this and others, but this actually tastes good. I've no idea if sleep inducing teas work, if it's psychosomatic or if it just lets you calm down and get into a better state of mind, but I've found if really helpful while going through a very stressful period in my life where sleep was becoming very elusive.
I mix this with one bag of Dr Stuarts Verarian tea, which has a far higher valarian content, but fairly unpleasant taste (this is the herbal tea a friend recommended) but this clipper tea is far more palatable and helps mask the taste of the Dr Stuarts, even nicer with a touch of honey.
