Effective, but acquired taste
You have to be prepared to drink something that you may not like the taste of for health benefits. I mix it with water and drink it quickly, then follow it with orange juice, to take the taste away. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach. I then have a banana an hour later which feeds me until lunch. I know by having this that I'm getting a lot of the nutrients my body needs, with minimal processing needed, so it's putting no strain on my organs at all; it just goes straight to where it's needed. It's definitely an acquired taste though and I'm still trying to convince myself that I like it, so I will use it everyday. Some mornings I can't face it unfortunately. But, I will persevere as a huge tub of goodness that the body craves. I do feel better when I take this product and certainly do not lack energy.
