Amazing!
Best preworkout drink. Used to use rampage but after it was banned struggled to find one in same league then I found musclepharm assault. Gives you adrenaline, excitement and focus, just keep goin an strength went up. Superb and no palpatations or horrible nervous feelings, love it!

This is awesome pre workout drink gets you focused and train harder for longer recommend to anyone taste ain't the best but who cares as long as it does the job
not just for energy
love this stuff i rate the best of the lot. if any one says anything negative about this stuff it is simply because they are only after a hugh pump and not read the nutritional information. this is so much more than just an energy pump, you get a small energy pump but it lasts your whole workout, not like others which effects stop after 20 mins and you crash afterwards. this has glutamine and creapure plus many more nutrients that help with recovery also. i have tried four others since and not been recovering enough between workouts. since i circuit train twice a week, box twice a week and strength train twice a week help with recovery with an energy buzz helps big time.
