Abbey Botanicals Nettle Leaf Tea/Herb 100g Latin name - Urtica dioica is the most popular products . Nettle leaf is commonly used as an ingredient in soups and stews and as a refreshing tea. Hot Brewing Method for Tea: Use 1 heaping teaspoon of nettle leaves per one cup of water and place this into your teapot (many successfully use a tea infuser when making herb tea or a Cafetiere). Pour boiling water into pot and let it steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain as you pour into your cup and savour one of nature's best offerings! In the garden it can be used as a liquid fertiliser to feed your vegetables and plants, as it is high in nitrogen. Just steep in water for 20 or 30 days preferably out of the way as it can get a little smelly. Dilute it with water to a ration of around 1:10 before feeding it to your plants and your away.

The best tea I ever drank
It's not because of its flavour (it tastes ok, nothing too good or too bad) but due to its nutrional and health benefits. It cleanses your body. I'm drinking my nettle tea every day now, up to 4 cups a day and feen great since I started doing it. Great for everybody!
