I used to love this before they stupidly added the glucose which makes it far too sweet. I foolishly bought a big tin without realising the new formula and have thrown it away despite the expense. Undrinkable. Such a shame.

The new lactose free version of this drink has a completely different, and in my opinion horrible taste compared to the original I recommend trying a small pack first to see if it is to your taste.

I am not afraid of change and I think it is great that they have tried to make their new coffee available to vegans as well by removing the lactose but by doing that they have made it undrinkable to glucose intolerant folk. They have also compromised on taste as the old one was delicious and this is quite frankly disgusting. It tastes somewhere between celery and something you really shouldn't be drinking. I spent 10 pounds on this new pot thinking it was going to taste the same and that people were just making a big deal out of it but I should have listened to the reviews, save yourself the disappointment. I used to use this as a coffee substitute every day at work and really loved it, it is such a shame and I am only writing this review because I now don't have a delicious drink.
