Great for constipation
For my wife and I who both suffer from very bad constipation this tea is the best laxative we have found and that includes GP prescribed stuff. Couple of cups of this really gets things moving without to much colic or stomach ache. Like any laxative treat it with respect and do not overdo it. Read and obey the instructions. Where it stands with weight loss and dieting I don't know but guess it must be of some help.
