Fine if taste isn't too important
I've used it in tea and it has a slight aftertaste and fizzes a bit but is acceptable.
It does not work for baking, even if you use 10% of the sugar amount. The bitter aftertaste and consistency didn't work in my brownies at all.
It doesn't ressemble sugar grains but rather a traditional artificial sweetener - really light. It's too expensive to keep experimenting so I'm not buying it again.
Good for less calories
Product has a strange taste with coffee (espresso) or for substitute as sugar in other products. I guess it comes down to the taste of each individual but we don't use this in coffee. We use it in things like yogurt or breakfast cereals and possibly in cappuccino, due to the milk in it. Would not recommend if you are thinking that it can substitute sugar and give you the same sweet taste like cane sugar does. Good for less calories.
Nothing Like Canderel Red.
Supposedly 'healthier' than regular sweeteners. One of the foulest things marketed as edible I've ever tasted. I'd sooner never taste 'sweet' again if this was the only sweetening product on the market.
