Pretty decent pump
I had tried the no+ elite shots and found them ok so figured I'd try out the powder version.
You mix it with water 10-15 mins before you hit your workout. It will you after 15 so don't hang around chatting once you've had a drink. You'll find yourself on fire on the gym. Felt a decent pump come on especially with arms.
Doesn't taste great, lemon to be exact plus you do get a pretty big comedown once it wears off. Barring that, well worth a go
