Very effective - be careful about when you drink it!
This tea tastes and smells great, very peppermint-y which i didn't expect.
If you need something to get the bowels moving, this is VERY effective and nice that it's all natural.
When I say it's very effective, I mean it! You might want to consider when you're drinking the tea.... The instructions tell you to take it at night and pretty much as soon as you get up the next morning, you'll have movement! And it will continue through out the day.
This is fine if you're at home, but you might want to avoid if you have to be in the office!
I've drunk it for two days now and feel much lighter, brighter and more energetic. Possibly placebo effect is having a hand in this but I can say I've had a good 'clear out' and do feel better for it. I will give it a rest for a while now though....
And don't forget to keep drinking lots of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration.
Has an awful effect on me..
I am feeling fat at the moment so I decided to move more and eat less and also drink this to help ...shouldn't have bothered. It makes me feel really weird..sick, bloated and flu like symptoms...the slim a tee works far better and doesn't have any unpleasant sicky effects..

The delivery took nearly 2 weeks but considering im in Canada its no surprise. The tea tastes great and it does what it needs to do.
