Really good stuff!
As a triathlete, if I put too much into the swim or bike I would suffer on the run with cramp, therefore needed to hold back a little. NOT anymore! After trying almost everything else,the Clif Shot Electrolyte drink and chews were recomended.Second half of 2011 cramp free!Ran out of the stuff this weekend and tested a mountain pass training ride without it and cramp threatened for the first time in a long time!!. Lemonade is good!
