waste of money
I lost one stone after 9 weeks on the Slim Fast but was soon to put it back on again. All the flavours taste horrible and I soon became bored and sick of the horrible taste. I am now following a healthy eating plan and doing lots of exercise and keeping the weight off instead. I would not recommend Slim Fast as it is a waste of money. Please get help from a health professional who will give you a better programme to follow. Good luck :)
