Milk Delight
A really great product. Creates delicious frothy milk for Cappuccinos or Latte's by whisking/spinning the milk whilst heating it at the same time in about a minute. I bought mine from Nespresso direct at half the price than is currently advertised.
Bad design - a real frothy rip off!
Please heed my warning over their `Aeroccino' machines - they're expensive, badly designed, difficult to clean and prone to breaking down.
After a year of patchy, 'tempramental' service, ours has just gone kaput, and even though we bought ours at the same time as our coffee machine -from the same store - we can't find the actual receipt for it, and now they're refusing to exchange it for a new, working one.
It's not like Aeroccino's are available in cheap backstreet copy form or anything - they're very specialised items and it pains my partner and I that they won't accept our word for it, as we've been loyal Nespresso customers for the past year.
All the good natured bonhomie of `Hey, look - we're all in this great club together' has flown out of the window now things have gone wrong. I'm really peeved about it and they've now lost a customer! I'm getting my nice old Gaggia out of storage and they can stuff their capsules where the sun don't shine.

Great Machine - buy it direct
This piece of equipment complements the Nespresso coffee machines brilliantly. It makes the perfect latte or capuccino depending on the frother you use to whisk the milk. However, as per the last review you can get it direct from Nespresso for less than half the price - I ordered mine when buying the coffee which is also cheapest direct...
